The FAIRmat infrastructure is developed by a most complementary team of internationally renowned researchers who are actively embedded into their (sub)communities and are aware of their needs.
In order to realize all of the objectives of FAIRmat, seven key Areas have been identified. Each Area, led by the Area Leader and co-led by their deputy, is broken down into Tasks which are very different in nature. The Tasks are represented by expert Task Leaders who are active in the respective subcommunities and make sure that their needs are addressed. These Task leaders closely coordinate among themselves and the Area Leaders, within and across Areas, to fulfil their common goals.
